2 User Responsibilities

• Ensure that the scrap materials are legally owned and safe to handle.
• Follow our guidelines for segregation and packaging of scrap materials.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity through our platform.

3 Booking & Pickup

• Scrap pickup requests must be made through our website, phone, or app (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or cancel pickups based on availability and location.
• Any hazardous or restricted materials must be declared in advance.

4 Pricing and Payments

• Scrap rates are determined based on current market conditions and material quality.
• Final weight and category will be confirmed at the time of pickup or weighing.
• Payments will be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or wallet as agreed during the pickup.

5 Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a temporary suspension of service.

6 Ownership and Liability

• By handing over scrap to WOW, you confirm you are the rightful owner of the material.
• We are not responsible for any illegal items mixed within the scrap. Legal action will be taken if required.
• We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
